Sherwin Williams Hard Hat Tour: April 17th, 3:30 pm
This Hard Hat tour explores the 36-story high-rise office complex, which consists of three buildings: a two-story pavilion acting as the front porch to Public Square, a 36-floor office tower, and an attached multi-level parking garage. This tour offers a glimpse into the many stages of construction as attendees explore the Tower floors that range from nearly complete to recently enclosed. The new HQ consists of approximately 1 million square feet and will house over 3,100 employees.
Hat Hard Tour Schedule:
3:30 pm - Brief overall orientation to the project and what the participants will see along the tour.
3:45-4:45 pm - Tour in multiple groups (Attendees limited to 40)
4:45-5:30 pm - Roundtable Q&A with leadership from the Ownership, Design, and Construction Team discussing various components of the Design Drivers / Decisions and Team Collaboration, IPD Journey, and Construction sequencing.
5:30 pm - Adjourn to Happy Hour at Local Establishment announced at the tour
Important Notes:
All attendees must bring their own PPE, including steel-toed shoes, vests, eye protection, cut-proof gloves, and hard hats. No exceptions will be made. Attendees will not be able to tour without all of the required PPE, and may be required to sign a waiver / NDA for entrance to the site.
Where to Meet:
The Gilman Building – 1350 West 3rd, Cleveland, Ohio, located at the corner of West 3rd and St. Clair. Attendees should park at the location of their choosing or take public transit to arrive at the site on time.
