Get ready for the ho-ho-holiday with some light exercise, warm drinks, and new friends at this month’s Wellness in Design event, Yoga & Cocoa!
Yogi and designer, Emily Leu, will be leading us through an hour of all-levels yoga sprinkled with some holiday cheer & poses. Afterwards, we will enjoy some hot chocolate, cookies, and some snacks as we wind down for the upcoming holidays. We encourage you to be as festive as you want… especially by wearing some of your most favorite holiday attire and sweaters!
